Welcome to the start of a whole new life, my life.

On April 17, 2013 my life as I knew it changed, I am trying to update some of the things in my life that has not been beneficial in my life.  Recently I watched a couple of documentaries on eating more organic food and less or none at all of meat products.  I felt like going into it full force but remembered, I enjoy my meat so I thought I would at least start eating more veggies to get me started.

I have survived 20 years as a smoker and have been smoke free for the past three years thanks to the miracle of Chantix.   If I eat more vegetables and less starch type foods I will become a more healthy and happy me.

The first thing I thought I would do also is start working out.  Now today I walked up and down the stairs several times that wore me out in this Arizona heat.  Once I get a good schedule going and comfortable with it I will start including the updates in my blog.  To all who read this right now It’s never too late to make a new start.
